  • Capital Liberty Partners are currently seeking a Research and Business Development Analyst, who will be a member of our global clinical operations team
  • We are searching for motivated and talented individuals to join our Ghana office
  • As the Accounts, Research and Business Development Analyst of Capital Liberty Partners you will be working closely with Project Managers of the firm
  • This offers career development opportunities for candidates as they develop the experience and skills in the role, with the potential to progress to Manager and Senior Manager subject to performance.

  • Proven and demonstrable experience as an R&D Technical Consultant within finance, construction and education
  • Excellent written skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Work autonomously and independently
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortably able to deal with deadline pressures
  • Capability for high volume work whilst maintaining attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word & Excel)
  • Identify emerging research opportunities relevant to precision.
  • Dive into the relevant literature with a critical eye, incorporate data from multiple sources, and synthesise literature reviews and internal position papers based on your findings.
  • Build relationships with people in the company, your field, and relevant fields
  • Use expertise and knowledge to help develop evidence-based arguments for investments in relevant research projects, products, or partnership opportunities.
  • Ability to work autonomously with high productivity and accuracy
  • Excellent teamwork skills with a desire to coach and support junior team-mates
  • Accounts and financial analysis.
