Customer Service Representive (English and German)

Missions:

• A Proctor assists a test taker in getting them into their exams.
• Maintain Academic Integrity during the proctoring process and complete multiple proctoring tasks at the same time without sacrificing customer service or efficiency.
• A proctor demonstrates basic troubleshooting skills before transferring a test taker to a technician to maintain continuity of service.

• Must be fluent in English and German.​
• Must be flexible as our schedule is subject to change constantly 24/7.​
• Must be able to multitask and manage time effectively. ​
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.​
• Outstanding problem solving and organizational abilities.​
• Must have ZDB2 or ZDFB or any related certification approved by an accredited German institutions in Ghana.​
